Data security at hospital level

The solution is installed in the IT environment of the hospital infrastructure, so that all sensitive patient data remains protected. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data from the Hospital Information System (HIS) can be connected to the necta Cloud. Information that is not relevant to the kitchen is not transferred or only anonymized. For every supply-relevant change in the hospital information system (HIS) of the facility, an automated notification is sent to the kitchen. Regardless of admission, transfer or medical requirements for patients, the catering-relevant adjustments are made automatically.

Order more easily – decide safely

On the tablet, caregivers only see those dishes that meet the individual dietary requirements. Diets, allergens, preferences and intolerances are automatically taken into account. This means that support staff can also carry out orders safely and without errors – while the dieticians have additional rights and extended ordering options.

From the order to the kitchen

Entering, changing or canceling an order becomes a routine task. Immediately after being recorded at the hospital bed, the orders land directly in the production kitchen. Depending on the specification, they are combined into picking lists. The system automatically calculates the required number and size of the GN containers and enables the printing of individual tablet cards per patient.
