Important notes

  • Our support is provided in German by default
  • "Fair Use Policy": max. 10 tickets or 5 hours of support per month included
  • Support access is granted to two named users after successful training
  • Our application consultants are available for project support, training or consulting by appointment

Consulting that works

We offer our consulting flexibly: online or directly at your location.

Our application consultants are at your side from the start and accompany you step by step during the introduction of necta, competent, practical and with a clear goal – your success in everyday kitchen life.

With our comprehensive practical training courses, you can get off to the best possible start. Together with your personal application consultant, you will experience how to efficiently integrate necta into your daily work, simplify processes and apply them directly in practice. We support you in the introductory phase, accompany you until you reach the jointly defined goals and, if desired, beyond.

Important note
If an already agreed assignment is canceled, the unavoidable costs (e.g. for travel or hotel) will be charged according to expenditure. If the cancellation occurs less than 10 working days before the appointment and it cannot be reassigned, 50% of the estimated expenses will be due.
